Persistent Pakalana Vine

Have blipped this before, but unwound the last one doing this, and now have another one with a neighborly bend.  He should be going round in circles like those dark, heart-shaped leaves in the lower left on the trellis.  The plumeria stalk doesn't seem at all bothered, but looks like the pakalana is outgrowing its support.  Better unwind him  . . .  or shall I see what else he's reaching for  . .?

Disclaimer Nov 1, 2016 :  Finally had to unwind this strand as it had now gained enough length to go straight back across its support to now wave freely on the opposite side, didn't want it to strangle the plumeria.
