What is it?

Picked this up on my travels and was surprised to see it like this.

This morning I played bowls  the first time since January and I am glad to say the knee stood up well. It was the six of us who had been travelling together for the last couple of weeks and we did have a laugh.  My team won by one point.  Yes.
Back home and on the computer catching up with paperwork.
