Tomato Pie

We have a family member coming this weekend who prefers not to eat meat.
The recipe for tomato pie looked good but we thought we ought to try it before we set it out on the table in front of her. I mean, after all, what if it was awful? How embarrassing that would be!

Having had some now, I'm quite sure she'll enjoy it! Really, after all, who wouldn't like pie for supper?
