Chania

A few hours in Chania today, the main city in the West of Crete. We may head in tomorrow again. Did some shopping and some sightseeing. The buildings again are beautiful in many parts. The cats are ever present, even sleeping on the display counter in one shop, getting the warmth from the fluorescent strip light. We met one woman who feeds the strays, of which there are many. She brought me up to the feeding spot where her charges were glad to see her.
