Abi

It's Dan's guitar lesson, this evening. Abi usually goes back to her mum's rather than come along but as her mum is out tonight, she's come along to The Sun with me. Here she is, simultaneously drinking while Snapchatting or something on her phone. 

We're off to London on Sunday so she can have a further operation on Monday. I nudged around the subject gently to see if she wanted to talk about it at all but she's very laid back about the whole business. She's had to put up with all sorts over the years and been very brave as well as stoical. Makes my heart ache a bit to think about what she's been through. Hopefully, this will be the end of it.
