Dark Star

Behold the  2016 limited release of Fremont Brewing's KDS Dark Star stout. This year's release is a blend of Dark Star 18, 12, and 8-month bourbon-barrel-aged in 12-year-old Kentucky Bourbon barrels.

Cynthia half-seriously suggested it might pair well with our breakfast oatmeal. I think she may be right, but I wouldn't want to try it before playing pickleball -- it's 14.5% ABV!
