What to do?

They're a runaway success again this year - ha ha! It's bean a week since we last harvested the runner beans. This evening, another 3kg of the green ribbons are ready to be frozen, boiled and then eaten. I wonder whether there's anything more interesting that can be done with them. Any ideas?
