Despite last night's failed attempt at seeing any of the Perseid meteors, I decided to give it another go on Arthur's Seat.
Complete win.
The skies cleared up and I got to laze on the ground staring up at an unbelievable night sky while getting to see the occasional meteor striking our atmosphere.
As for photos, damned if I know how to get a proper shot of a meteor. I'd imagine it can't be a long exposure as it wouldn't stay long enough to develop on the sensor. That means you'd have to have one go across in a relatively short exposure, hoping it's aimed the right direction. Regardless, I got some damn good star photos.
Al was amongst the group, hopefully he got a few good ones too.
