Gooey Lemon Butter Cookies...

Today was my once- a- month baking day for the meal program run by our church--I try to make a different desert each time & not repeat myself, so I looked on Pinterest for a little different cookie and came up with these. When they were done we all had to have one, as Jennie said we should "taste test" them before expecting other people to eat them--"just in case they would taste awful"-- (Ya, right!)  Fortunately, they DID taste good, though! 
The girls are heading home tomorrow, so the house will be pretty quiet once we get home from the airport. Hope it won't be long until we see them again.
