Rest in peace

It's so sad that every year some of the little ducklings don't make it to adulthood.  Today, in the village stream, I found this poor little thing that just did not have the energy to stay upright;  I think this particular breed thrives in warm soapy water.  Never mind;  if he came from a large family perhaps his siblings all survived.
