Reflections

Released from my computer today for a short time to interact with other colleagues. Small things make me happy.
Very hot today and regretted running at lunch time, returning to the office after the run I felt as if I was sitting in a furnace.
After work changed clothes and took myself off to the park for a very leisurely walk. Back home for a bite to eat and chill out.
