Another Autumn scene but I'm not going to apologise, the colours are so lovely.

An afternoon of taking Mum several places, getting stuff for Grandma and herself.

I have a horrible week at work coming up; courses, visits, and Parent's Evening.
I am getting worked up about it tonight. My heart is racing, breathlessness, tears and thumping chest.
I have self harmed to try and forget; didn't work.
I now have had a few ciders , trying to forget, isn't working.

I'm fed up of struggling.
