To stick your tongue out Roo...

Since Roo had his mouth operation last year and teeth removed he's stuck his tongue out.

I think it's a chihuahua thing though as Daisy use to do it, KoKo does it, mexi,Bean and Chingar too!!!
I think it's quite cute.
