The solitary heron
Bad blip day.
Had intended to do a pic of our tap dancing class until the teacher suggested she give me extra lessons to allow me to catch up.
Oh dear!
I am the only one in the class who never did tap-dancing as a child. It was unheard of in rural Wales.
So moral and self-esteem takes swift dive.
An old friend of mine has an exhibition of his owls - 3,500- in the local museum so I thought I would go and blip them except I hit museum protocol.
No photographs without permission of owner.
I ring him. He's not in.
So I fall back on an old faithful: the heron that perches under the bridge in the Allanwater river in Bridge of Allan.
