Old Climber

Managed to get a massage session at Muscle and Movement at Ratho. This meant Kilda was put on the bark and ride. J was at home this time to meet a very squeaky dog. Had an hour of pain with Theresa but it was needed. Shoulder now feeling better and my calf muscles are a bit looser. Outside her treatment room is a new addition. Looks like he has been waiting for an appointment for a while though.
