Surprise!

I love surprises, well good ones that is.
The little gold box under the tree holds the promise of treasure.
Is it that we are all children, who enjoy the thrill of suspense that Santa brings?
I think so.

Had a visit from the northern wing of the family. Was great to see the nephew, even though he has grown another few inches and I can't clip him round the ear now.

Presents exchanged and cuppas all round.
