Church

Cameron is at a sports holiday club all week and today Andrew went to the childminder's so I could get a good training session in and do some jobs at home.

I went for a 6 mile run along the canal and then got straight on the bike to do a 12.5 mile cycle. It was warm and sunny but not too hot. Lovely.
This is Dogmersfield Church which I stopped at briefly to take this photo as it's a very pretty church.

This afternoon I moved all the furniture out of Andrew's room and pulled up his carpet- that got me nearly as sweaty as the running!

Then this evening I went to circuits class which was really hard going.
