NEWCASTLE CENTRAL STATION

This is Newcastle's railway station. It opened in 1850 and is a Grade I listed building.

I went to Newcastle again today with Neil. We had lunch in Ask. We both had Pollo Marsala ( thyme-seasoned chicken supreme served with creamy mushroom and Marsala wine sauce, green beans and rustic chips). It was very tasty.

It was my last chance to go out for a meal with Neil as he is planning on moving to London on Friday - will miss having him around - as well as having no-one to go out for a meal with.
