Cataplana

Another new kitchen toy.  Charity shop this time.  
An unusual (and rather pleasing) design - a cataplana marie.

Inner pot sits in water on a trivet inside the outer pot, the steam creates a seal supposedly driving the flavours back into the food.  Of course I had to try it out.  Türlü (which @Ceridwen reminded me of) simmering in the oven as I type.  

Feels like the first time I've sat down all week.
