Eventful

walk this afternoon. We were walking down a path to get to Phantassie and came across a man lying on the path. He was quite unresponsive and looked unwell so I phoned an ambulance. He started to groan and I realised he was A , a well known local who lives along the road from me. He has had a tough life and was pretty out of it but I couldn't leave him lying there. I was worried he had bumped his head or broken something as he was lying in a strange position. The ambulance men came quickly. I hope he is ok. Poor soul.
The rest of the walk was uneventful and Lexi had a great time running around in the mud and river.
