Notes: Another day of feeling crappy. Had to do a conference call with Active.com and Susan - just makes me so angry. Worked on that for a bit and then tried to get away from all of it. Spent some time outside, talked to Al - that upset me as well. Supp to meet Trish later evening to catch up but she couldn't make it (was ok w/ that). Walked out to beach for what sunset there was - has been awhile for that but felt good.
