Mariner's Game

Today my friend T had free tickets to go see the Mariners play the Yankees and he took me along. This is before the game, with special access to see the starting pitcher warming up in the bull pen - up close! We also had very good seats - probably the closest I've had at a baseball game. Sadly, this was one of the first games where our beloved Ichiro was now playing as a Yankee instead of a Mariner. It was a really hot day and I had to fight to stay comfortable and not sunburned. The Mariners lost so w left early actually.

Mr. Apple left town tonight to fly home to NY to see his family. I am not sure how I will get through these next few days without him.
