Silvery sparkly day

Blipmate and I went down to Stephens Bay on this glorious day and wandered round getting pink lichen on the banks, toe toe(see extra),
views of fishermen heading off out, and young lovers taking selfies of themselves at the Arch Rock at Dummys Bay.
I have chosen a view north with sparkling water and used silverefex a Lightroom extra programme to bring out the shadows and light on the rocks. Looks better in large. I hope that is the little surprise that BlipCentral has for us- black surrounds.

The Historical Assn had a meeting this afternoon at which the members told of why they or their families came to Motueka. Interesting in that only 3 were from early settler families. All the rest had come by coincidence, accident or planned it. All agreed the weather we have is a plus and the laid back lifestyle suits them.
