Roman Holiday

This week the Scottish Parliament is on recess so the day job has regained a more sensible pace. I got my inbox cleared a little and that felt good.

After work A and I came home and we're pretty tired - that kind of tired that you can't really make decisions. Somehow we did manage to go to The Espy and it turned out to be movie night. They were showing Roman Holiday with Audrey Hepburn and Gregory Peck. Neither of us had ever seen it so it was a treat. We ended up staying for dinner and had a lovely evening.

I rather liked that someone could be in the middle of dinner and felt confident that their things would still be there if they stepped away for a moment.
