All fall down

Met up with a friend I worked with in my other life 38yrs ago in Bedford. We spent 2 hrs reminiscing who was wed and who was dead.

Crossing the car park on the way back my shoe stopped and I didn't - dignity, knee and hands scraped only. Glasses were the main casualty so I am forced to wear my sunglasses.

Dad improving and off to hospital for check up tomorrow so hopefully can go home Sunday to get to the optician.
