Hillfield Gardens

I've featured this old manor before and although it's all fenced off for some development, restoration I hope, the gardens are still open and it's very close to the centre of Gloucester, on London Road.
It's also very close to the dentist surgery where Marlane goes and she was driving there today and asked if I'd like to go out. Seemed like a good idea, and Jonty thought so too.
It gave us a little walk and he always enjoys it there. Met a little Yorkie too, he was wearing a little (well it would be wouldn't it) wooly coat with a remembrance poppy attached to it, nice touch.

Took this using a 12 second timer. Just before the shutter opens the light starts to flash and there is a 'beep beep beep', which is great as it caught Jonty's attention and made him look in the direction of the camera.
