Scaffolding

A fair percentage of any route from A to B here in NYC will be covered by scaffolding. Buildings are being built, torn down, renovated and, mostly, inspected. Rumor has it every building in this city needs to be inspected every three years...and with the pace with which this happens, every building is probably without scaffolding 6 months max. at the time...
