A good long walk

I wrote a lovely long post about today but my connection broke and it all got lost.

I'm too tired to do it all again so here's the pertinent points:

* Bus to Sandyhills
* Walked back along the Coastal Path (length uncertain)
* Out for six hours, Nell dog-tired and crashed out in pub
* Too hot and sunny for comfort
* Many ups
* Many downs
* Tiring
* Did 3 Geocaches along the way
* Fine views of Lake District and Isle of Man
* Photo taken after first of  many ascents, looking back towards Sandyhills

* copying this before pressing end, could not bear to lose it again!
