Indian Head River morning

Autumn beauty on a crisp and brilliant morning in South Hanover. I took this about a quarter of a mile from our house. A beautiful spot on a small bridge between Hanover and Hanson, overlooking the Indian Head River, a tributary of the North River. As the river flows under the bridge here, it tumbles down over New England granite and wanders through several towns to the Massachusetts Bay.

This day came in cool after a very warm day yesterday. Brilliant sun and falling leaves, everywhere, a gorgeous autumn day.
