Garden route, day 2. Fiscal shrike

Otherwise known as the butcher bird, because of its unpleasant habits.  He joined us as we had breakfast this morning.

We travelled on today to Tsitsikamma, via back roads for some of the distance.  Shacked up in a wonderful chalet where we can hear the waves of the Indian Ocean all through the night.  But no wifi!
