A church

It's not listed in my guide-book and a google-earth search didn't come up with the answers either. However, I spotted it a couple of weeks ago and it looks pretty good all lit up in the dark.

My news is:

*My visa is finally sorted (2.5 months after getting here!) so I can stay for the duration of my posting and go back to the UK in January for my interview.

*After keeping you all in suspense with clues about my next posting and having got used to the idea that I was off to Tashkent in Uzbekistan for five months next year, they've decided to re-jig things and I'm now off to Almaty, Kazakhstan instead! (Think Borat - It is nice. I like!)

*The last parcel bag of the year arrived from the UK and in it were lots of parcels addressed to me, which are now under my ickle Christmas tree! Yay!

So not a bad day really, but a few of us were slightly delicate after last night's proceedings. Having a night off tonight though - it'll be a big one tomorrow!
