The Lomonds

East and West Lomond. The two largest hills in Fife as seen from Shell Bay, Elie.  An alternative view of them, taken nearby, is added as an 'extra'.

Virtually total cloud cover but every-so-often, the sun managed to find a rare opening and illuminate a patch of land, a spot of sea or in this case, a low cloud.

Half an hour ago, I backblipped an image taken in Sussex back in February while my mother was ill. I am pleased to see that some of you have already found it.
