Star Wars

This week is half term, and Miss K has spent some of it making up the etched metal R2-D2 kit I bought for her in Manchester. It was "difficult, but not frustrating" which is about right in my view.

Less successfully, this evening she forgot to take the Star Wars music to orchestra. The conductor was disappointed, but she's brought the glockenspiel home with her to practice.

Good day at work: the computer lab session went well, the mid-semester feedback praised the course and I learned that one of my students came 6th in the world student climbing championships. The Prize Paper article has been sent off, the admin meeting was mercifully short and I even got some time to do some coding.
