My very good friend Chris, a keen gardener who runs her own garden border design company, has been taking me on a tour of the local garden centres. It's a good job she was driving, as my blood pressure has been rather too low for comfort these past couple of days - down to 88 / 60 today. If it's still low tomorrow, I might take myself off to the 'sit and wait' clinic to get checked over. It's meant to be going up, not down!
