Alright so it's the wrong sort of guitar but my Old Strat has a load of issues so won't be at band practice anytime soon.

Obviously this is still all about Dad. We were overwhelmed by the comments on here and facebook. Difficult times are always easier when so many people send love our way so thankyou.

I went out this morning and bought a new suit, luckily H's dad Paul is a menswear expert and so quickly sorted me out. This left me at a bit of a loose end so after a quick wander around town I came home and spent the afternoon playing guitar. Dad was one of those annoying people who could get a tune out of anything but rarely bothered. When I was growing up there was usually a guitar somewhere in the house and so it was inevitable at some point I would have a go. So I could say the Accelerants are his fault ;)

Band practise this evening which was already booked, I thought about cancelling but 3 hours of loud rock really was a release.

My thoughts tonight are with other friends who lost their dad this weekend x
