Blue State

My better half accompanied me on my Tuesday morning walk; normally, I walk with a friend who is out of town. We had a nice time on a nice, crisp morning here in this wonderfully blue State.
I tried to work in a way to claim the orange, refusing to let the other side do it any more disgrace than has already happened, but have reached my poetic limit.
