antidote

this could be my 5 a day - all on the one plate, at the one meal

but it's my antidote to the box of chocolates my friend walked in behind, saying 'just one or two wee ones won't hurt you, and it is Christmas'

but blaming my friend for my own weak will is not clever, I should have told her to take them away, but didn't

hence the cabbage antidote :(
