Went to a meeting here this afternoon.

It's a 'classically designed art deco building, one of only a few genuine buildings from the period left in London', apparently.


It's also vast, with 692 rooms.


Checked the room rate - 'only' £199.20 for a double room next week, a half-term special issue.
