We started the next level of Baby L's swimming today... I love the progression built into the lessons, can really see how the babies will gain confidence in the water which (we hope) will stand her in good stead for the future.

This afternoon we got to Baby Bounce at the local library and then I had a physiotherapy appointment for my hip that was put out during labour. He's trying acupuncture on it now as nothing else seems to be having much of an effect. I found it very relaxing, if nothing else.

Busy day... how we found time to do a lap of the garden with the cats and the camera, I do not know!
