Hanging on

M T was up bright and early and off to the Gliding Club this morning to take advantage of the Westerly Wind and which has been pretty strong here for most of the day.  These last few leaves were hanging on like grim death to their branches but every time there was a strong gust, another few let go.  By tomorrow the tree will be bare if the wind carries on like this.
 
A very definite Autumnal feel today:  A nip in the air, beautiful Autumn colours, coats and hats, kids kicking up the leaves as they walked home from school, conkers and nearly dark by 6pm.
