Shift done

A quick trip down to Wales to meet up with my pal, who has spent many years living and working in Africa. She's a bit of an ambassador out there for developing maternity hospitals and training for safe delivery of babies but is now, when she's here, putting her midwifery skills into delivering cappuccinos at a cosy new bookshop cafe in the capital.
