Apple Harvest

I am back home and now that all the apples are harvested on our trees I am dehydrating most of them for later eating. We can't possibly eat all the apples we have gotten off our trees and from friends. I have a tool that I got from my mother that makes the job easier and more fun; it is an "Apple Peeler, Corer, Slicer". You can see it, along with a shelf I was placing the apples on from my ten layer dryer and the piled up peelings. The dried apples are really good and I don't think they will last for long especially since my hubby eats them like potato chips.......
