Land and water

Today's training should have been really good and I gave up my day off for it. But no: ambling, rambling anecdotes with no focus and minimal timekeeping. What arrogance to believe that because you are good at something you will be able to teach it. All of us have had both effective teachers and tedious teachers. Surely we should all have discovered that teaching is a skill which (except for the rare natural) needs to be learnt and practised.Why is that skill so unrecognised and undervalued?

30 people wasted a day today (actually, 10 wise ones wasted only half a day) and it infuriates me.
