The Summit of Harter Fell

Altogether there were 14 of us on this walk up Harter Fell, so this photo doesn't really capture the chaos we brought to this lovely corner of Lakeland. Nor does it give any indication of how stressful exciting it had been driving to Eskdale from Langdale over (a) the Blea Tarn Road, (b) Wrynose Pass and then (c) Hard Knott Pass.
