Chocolate chocolate everywhere!!

After over 6 hours of sampling, watching demo's and walking around all the stands, we had actually had enough of eating chocolate! Seemed a pity that there wasn't a chocolate restaurant like we have in Israel though.

We learnt a bit about the production and about the farmers, many of whom are finally being paid properly for their cocoa beans. Many still aren't I'm guessing. As with all foods, less added ingredients the better. The basic message was be prepared to pay more for better chocolate and to preserve the industry. I had to pass on the bars that were £10 each, and boxes of mixed handmade chocolates were more than that, but I have invested in 5 bars of various flavours.
