One word to sum up today!

This morning wasn't too bad, we were kept working at a steady pace.

This afternoon though was a total shambles! It wasn't overly busy to start with but the first one after lunch cancelled. The next didn't turn up; the next two cancelled just before their appointments which left me the two final patients at the end of the day.

Much sitting around ensued which I don't get paid for and I don't bring my purse to work, so I couldn't even go shopping!

In the end, I decided to tackle the minging microwave (since there were no minging mouths). It proved too much though, it's so bad the food has melted into the roof of the microwave. I think it needs to be condemned, but that's only my opinion :-/
