No prizes for guessing where I have been today. I knew there wouldn't be much chance of an outside blip, so this will have to do. The sign was only put up the other day, and I do like some of the advice it offers. Shame that not  everyone takes notice though! I had to ask one of the instructors permission to take the photo, as you aren't supposed to take photos in the gym,, as the sign says!
