That's a promise! Whilst in a car park along the seafront at Southend I spotted this. They were probably competing whilst I took this picture as the Women's Mountain Biking was taking place Sunday afternoon. Hasn't it been an amazing 2 weeks. Well done to everybody involved. You did Britain proud.
