Bright Autumn Mornings

Outdoors this morning and noticed the leaves are changing colour.

Heating has been on a couple of nights but not full time yet.  This week I will probably keep it on longer to help dry the washing, it's times like these I miss my tumble dryer and domestic worker.

Yesterday while at my Mums I felt a pinprick sensation type pain on the side of my big toe, there was nothing underfoot or in my sock but on the area of this strange pain it was tender to touch as if something sharp was under the skin.  I thought nothing more of it until this morning when I noticed a large bruise!! Have no idea what this means but it's not at all sore.
