Stormy Head

Spoke too soon as a migraine resurfaced with a vengeance last night and into this morning. Had to phone in sick as I literally had nothing. No energy. No coherance. Nothing.

Woke at midday - migraine masked by monstrous headache, which was then masked by weapons grade pain killers. Fool that I am I went into work for the afternoon.

Popped out as the sun was going down to get some fresh air - that helped more than anything.
